Murphy is being honored
Today we received a letter from the Veterinary Medical Center at Michigan State University. It says that every year they nominate miracle and inspirational pets who have left a special impact on the clinicians, faculty and students throughout the year, and celebrates their stories in an event called the “Celebration of Life.” These animals are the guests of honor and are generally those who beat the odds or have demonstrated a tremendous will to overcome their disease. This year Murphy has been nominated to celebrate and honor his story!!
We’ve been invited to join them for a lunch, a ceremony and a tour of the hospital. We have to submit his story with a couple of pictures.
I’m so excited and proud of Murphy! He’s come so far and beaten all of the odds! Right now I’m scheduled to work that day, but I’m working on getting someone to cover me or switch with me so that we can go.

Murphy’s impact reaches far beyond his medical team. Be sure and put in his “bio” that Murphy is an inspiration to every dog starting this tripawd journey! He is their Beacon of Hope. We are uplifted everytime we share in another victorious milestone that Murphy has accomplished. Hope, he gives everyone hope that their dog can be a Murphy!
I know everyone at the Bridge is beaming with pride as they watch Murphy represent what’s possible for tripawds everywhere.
What date is the event? Wish we could ALL be there to take part in the standing ovation he deserves!

Oh WOW … this is SO amazing!!!! Congrats!!!! Happy Paws!!!! Of course Murphy is being honored. He’s a beacon of hope for all and most deserving of this honor. CANNOT wait to see photos!!!!

Murph you are a TOTAL inspawration! I love this, you have SO earned this recognition and your people too. Can’t wait to read all about your big day!!! P.S. if your people would like to take some of our Tripawds brochures to the event let us know OK?
